The Libertarian Party Board of Directors is made of the 12 party officers:
State Chair, Vice Chair, Western Slope Regional Director, Campaigns Director, Outreach Director, Membership Director, Publications Director, Media Director, Records Director, Legislative Director, Treasurer, and Fundraising Director.
Each of the 12 members serves 2 year terms, and elections are held at the State Convention.
